45 minutes of contemporary ballet and movement creation. We will start with a warm up incorporating classical ballet skills and body awareness. Then we'll open the floor to a creative process. How to build a phrase, how to incorporate and technic/artistic skills. In the end, you will create a unique dance that shines your personality through movements.
