At the end of this course you will learn the basics of elementary piano playing, rhythm and sight-reading and how to implement musical improvisation to your daily practice and make it creative fun experience!
All the while improving your piano technique, broadening knowledge of music and its workings and sharing your love for music with others.
Week 1-3: we will learn about basic piano geography and music improvisation as a tool to broaden our technical skillset
Week 4: we will learn how to feel the rhythm and incorporate it within the practice
Week 5-6: we will work on the sight-reading
Week 7: we will learn how to use dynamics and introduce the bass clef
Week 8: we will put it all together in our works for our classmates and families
Materials: For this course piano/keyboard will be required just as much as curiosity about the world of music. All the necessary sheet music & digital exercises will be available in the links below.
